# TrouvePro > Find a plumber, electrician, nurse or handyman near you in Laval, Montreal and the North Shore. Free proximity search, RBQ-licensed providers, in-app messaging. - TrouvePro is a bilingual (French / English) marketplace that connects people with the nearest local service providers in Québec, Canada: contractors, tradespeople, nurses, handymen and more. - Main area served: Laval, Montréal, Longueuil, Terrebonne, Repentigny, Boisbriand, Saint-Eustache (Greater Montréal and the North Shore), and the rest of Québec. - Search ranks providers by real proximity and shows an approximate distance only; exact addresses and coordinates are never displayed. - For clients, search, messaging and booking requests are free. - Businesses create a provider account or claim their existing listing for free. Unclaimed listings come from the public RBQ (Régie du bâtiment du Québec) licence register. - Businesses and self-employed workers use TrouvePro to sell their services in Québec and find local clients, in French or English. TrouvePro lists services only; it does not sell products. - Self-employed individuals can list for free without a registered company and mark their profile "Self-employed" (Travailleur autonome). Services such as cleaning, snow removal, moving, tutoring and pet care need no RBQ licence; construction work regulated by the RBQ does. - TrouvePro Rencontres (/rencontres, also in Arabic at /rencontres?lang=ar) is an adults-only (18+) dating section, free to join, for friendship, serious relationships or marriage in Québec and Canada: people see nearby profiles by distance, like or pass, and a mutual like opens a private chat with photos. Profiles show roots (country of origin) and spoken languages (French, English, Arabic, Spanish, Italian). Emails are confirmed by code; a "Verified location" badge means the phone GPS matched its internet connection. Email and phone stay hidden unless the member shares them with a match. Each match chats free for 15 minutes; to keep chatting and see each other's photos, both members take the $10/month Rencontres subscription (plus tax), which also unlocks 12 photos and unlimited matches (non-members: 3 photos, 50 matches). Paid sex, escort ads and drug offers are banned. - For Muslim and halal marriage (people looking for a wife or husband in Canada), /rencontres/mariage-musulman explains the marriage-minded use of TrouvePro Rencontres: members choose a "Marriage" intent, show their roots and languages, explicit photos are banned and contact details stay hidden until shared, so a family or wali can be involved. The section is open to all adults; TrouvePro does not verify religion, give religious rulings or offer immigration or sponsorship services. - A free RBQ licence checker tells whether a contractor licence is active, restricted or missing. - TrouvePro connects clients and providers; it does not verify qualifications. Clients should check licences, insurance and references before hiring. - Operator: Performance Cristal Technologies Avancées S.A., Laval, QC. Contact: contact@mytrouvepro.net. - Free first year: until 2027-09-29, the base provider subscription is free for every business, including businesses already subscribed. ## Main pages - [Search for a provider near you](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/): proximity search, French (add ?lang=en for English) - [All services by trade and city](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/services): directory of providers per trade and city - [Check an RBQ licence](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/verification): free contractor licence checker - [For professionals](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/prestataires): how a business or self-employed worker sells its services in Québec: free sign-up or listing claim - [TrouvePro Rencontres / Dating](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/rencontres): 18+ dating by distance near you, free to join; a mutual like opens the chat, 15 free minutes then $10/month - [TrouvePro Rencontres — العربية](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/rencontres?lang=ar): تعارف وزواج جاد في كندا وكيبيك، موقع موثّق - [Muslim and halal marriage in Canada / Mariage musulman au Canada](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/rencontres/mariage-musulman?lang=en): marriage-minded dating for people looking for a wife or husband in Canada: "Marriage" intent, roots, Arabic, no explicit photos, contact hidden until shared (French at /rencontres/mariage-musulman) - [زواج المسلمين في كندا](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/rencontres/mariage-musulman?lang=ar): تعارف جاد بهدف الزواج، البحث عن زوجة أو زوج في كندا - [FAQ](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/faq): prices, deposits, cancellations, claiming, privacy, reporting - [Terms of Use](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/terms) - [Privacy Policy](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/privacy): Québec Law 25 ## Providers by trade and city - [Roofing in Laval / Couvreur (toiture) à Laval](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/services/couvreur-toiture/laval): 4 providers - [Electrician in Laval / Électricien à Laval](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/services/electricien/laval): 31 providers - [General contractor in Laval / Entrepreneur général à Laval](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/services/entrepreneur-general/laval): 285 providers - [Masonry in Laval / Maçonnerie à Laval](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/services/maconnerie/laval): 14 providers - [Plumbing in Laval / Plomberie à Laval](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/services/plomberie/laval): 13 providers - [Flooring installation in Laval / Pose de revêtements de sol à Laval](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/services/pose-de-revetements-de-sol/laval): 8 providers - [Ventilation & air conditioning (HVAC) in Laval / Ventilation et climatisation (CVAC) à Laval](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/services/ventilation-et-climatisation-cvac/laval): 7 providers - [General contractor in Lavaltrie / Entrepreneur général à Lavaltrie](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/services/entrepreneur-general/lavaltrie): 14 providers - [General contractor in Sainte-Brigitte-De-Laval / Entrepreneur général à Sainte-Brigitte-De-Laval](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/services/entrepreneur-general/sainte-brigitte-de-laval): 11 providers ## Optional - [Full brief with every FAQ answer](https://www.mytrouvepro.net/llms-full.txt)
